Make this delicious traditional Greek version of Tzatziki Sauce right at home.  Very easy to follow tzatziki sauce recipe is below along with the nutritional information. Keto friendly, zero carb!

 

What you will need:
1 and 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (drained)
2 large cucumbers peeled and quartered
blender or food processor (drained)
2 teaspoons each of fresh lemon juice and olive oil
2 cloves of garlic or minced to equal 2 cloves
1/4 a cup of fresh dill ( do not use dried)
salt and pepper to taste
Process cucumbers until grainy but not mush. pore in to wire colander and press out juices.  Place yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in blender and stir before blending. Blending takes just about a minute. Keep leftovers in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
